These are privately owned campgrounds. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests. Please read the rules to ensure your visit is a fun and pleasant one. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain Sunset Palms and Breeze Lake as a clean, attractive, and happy place for everyone to enjoy.
The office is open Monday thru Friday and hours are posted. (Emergency phone number after hours is 956-831-4427).
Available in the office are: Quarters for laundry, copier services, and all tickets for functions in the park.
Key Park Rules*
- Speed Limit: 5 mph at all times in the park.
- Quiet Time: 10PM – 7AM.
- Pets:
- Pets must be kept on a 6ft leash at all times when outside the owner’s unit.
- Barking, aggressive, or noisy pets are not allowed.
- Pet waste must be picked up immediately. A $25 fine may apply.
- Pets may not be left unattended outside the owner’s unit.
- Maximum of two pets per site unless approved by management.
- Visitors and Service Companies: Must check in with the office and sign a liability waiver.
- Trash Pickup: Around 10AM daily (no Sundays or holidays). Please do not place trash out the night before.
- Firearms, Fireworks, and Open Fires: Not permitted.
- Campground Etiquette: Applies to all. Please do not walk through or enter an RV or Campsite without invitation.
